Michelle Naegele, a National Board Certified Teacher, is in her twenty-fourth year of teaching. Before coming to Waupun she taught in the school districts of Crandon, Kenosha, Mequon, McFarland and Muskego, Wisconsin. Her bands have performed in Minnesota, Ohio, Tennessee, Washington D.C., the Wisconsin State Capitol and in Costa Rica.
Michelle holds a Masters of Music degree in Wind Conducting and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Education from UW-Milwaukee. Her principal teachers were Thomas Dvorak (conducting), Elena Abend (piano), Greg Flint (horn) and Bill Barnewitz (horn).
Mrs. Naegele is a two time fellowship winner of the University of Minnesota's "The Art of Wind Band" symposium where she studied conducting with Craig Kirchhoff and Jerry Junkin. In addition to her teaching, Michelle serves as a pianist for the Milwaukee Ballet School.

Rebecca Schultz has taught in the Waupun Area School District since 2005. Prior to teaching in Waupun, she taught choral music in Horicon, Wisconsin. She has taught general music and vocal music at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
She has assisted in directing musical productions with the Lomira Community Theater and has accompanied several shows for the Missoula Children's Theater. She currently advises the WAJSH Drama Club, preparing students for the annual fall musical and spring play.
Rebecca holds a Masters of Music Education (Kodaly Emphasis) degree from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc, WI. She graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, WI with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education.
Rebecca was nominated for the Kohl Fellowship Award in 2017. In addition to teaching, she currently serves as an organist at her congregation.
